Allows administrators to define which fields are mandatory for a lead to be considered “qualified.”

- Displays all lead fields in a list view.
- Each field includes a mandatory toggle or checkbox.
- When modified, the system checks all existing leads and moves unqualified ones into the appropriate stage based on the new criteria.
How to Use
- 1. Go to Admin → Lead Management → Qualify Policy.
- 2. Review all available lead fields.
- 3. Mark the fields you want to make mandatory.
- 4. Save your changes — the CRM automatically validates existing leads against the new criteria.
3. Tags Management
Admins can create and manage tags to categorize leads and customers for easier tracking and reporting.

How to Use

Financial Goal Settings:
Admins can define company-wide goals for each financial year, including sales targets and performance metrics.
- 1. Open Admin → Financial Year Goals.
- 2. Set financial year, target amount, and description.
- 3. Save to track goal progress in reports.
